Kev is an Auto Sparky for Auto & Marine Electrics in Blenheim. Kev likes all things motorsport and has spent quite a few years around the Rally scene crewing for the infamous Owen Brothers, He races a Mitsi Evo with Paddy in local Car Club events usually finishing up the sharp end of the field. Kev has been a very dedicated crew member and mate throughout Paddy's speedway career.

Ritchie is one of those people that has a natural ability to do good at whatever he puts his mind to, in the past has raced motocross, speedway, and car club events. A builder and house relocater by trade Ritchie currently works for Coffey's house removers and owns a Camaro saloon 66E. Ritchie lives with partner Naryssa and kids Shaun & Alissa, who all help at the track when possible. Ritchie helps out on the odd occasion but has a lot on his hands with work and his own car.

Brad, Paddy's son boards at school in Nelson and is home in the weekends. Brad helps run the Paddy North Racing Facebook page and also edits the footage after each meeting from the cameras they run in the car. Brad loves all things speedway being brought up around the sport since day one. Brad has ambitions to compete in speedway one day. So it won't be long before we see him blasting around the Speedway tracks himself.

Darrell is a keen motorsport enthusiast in the off road racing, karting and speedway he has been involved over the years as a competitor, crew member and spectator. Currently involved with freelance motorsport journalism with local newspapers and Dirt Track Racing magazine. Partner Tina and children, Stacey and Ryan are keen supporters of team 46e. Darrell is employed as an After Sales Manager at McKendry Ford and has been involved in the automotive industry most of his working life. Darrell was a volunteer fire-fighter for 11 years and other interests include fishing and spending time with the family.
